Team Culture and Client Engagement

My role at Capital Planning:
As the Team Culture and Client Engagement Lead, I focus on creating a workplace and client experience that reflects our firm’s core values: family, trust, integrity, and competence. I believe these principles are the foundation of meaningful relationships—both within our team and with the clients we serve. My role allows me to bridge internal culture with external engagement, ensuring that our team is supported, connected, and aligned in delivering an exceptional client experience. In addition, I guide prospective clients through our planning process. This means I handle initial communication, schedule meetings and ensure everything goes smoothly as we get acquainted with one another. I also love planning client events that bring people together and make everyone feel appreciated. Whether it’s a market update, helpful seminar, baseball game or brunch, I’m all about creating great experiences that help our clients learn, connect, and build lasting relationships with one another and the team.
My background and experience:
With a background in Hospitality Management, I take pride in fostering an environment where our clients feel cared for like family, and where trust and integrity are not just ideals, but daily practices. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships and upholding the high standards of competence that our clients depend on for their financial well-being.
Getting to know me:
Outside of work, spending time with family & friends, food & my daily outdoor walks with worship music (regardless of the weather) spark joy in my heart.
