Joseph A. Frederick,
AIF®

Retirement Plan Advisor

“In a 401(k) plan, employees are given the responsibility to direct how their retirement plan balance should be invested, yet most lack the basic investment knowledge to make an informed decision. Participant education and engagement is a necessity, and must be delivered in a manner that gives a level of confidence to endure the emotional rollercoaster associated with volatile markets.”

How I can help you:
As a Retirement Plan Advisor, my goal is to offer guidance and support for our client’s fiduciary responsibility. This not only includes offering a well-rounded investment menu to accommodate all levels of investment knowledge, but to measure and implement strategies to encourage employees to make the most of their retirement plan.
What makes me knowledgeable:
I have been in the retirement plan business for over 25 years. From the early days of being in Operations, to leading a group of Client Service Representatives for Merrill Lynch’s small market 401(k) business, I have been involved in all aspects of the business, which helps me to be a more valuable partner with my clients. In addition, I maintain the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) credential that demonstrates knowledge and competency in the area of fiduciary responsibility.
Getting to know me:
My wife Kara and I live in Blue Bell. I am blessed with three wonderful children and the grandfather of Sophia, Richard, Gianna, Johnny and Brooklyn. I enjoy playing golf and have a passion for traveling.

Capital Planning has served clients for over 25 years.
