How I can help you:
I appreciate that financial decision-making is more than just the numbers, and it can feel overwhelming when making such important decisions that impact the future. My experience of over 45 years in the financial services industry has given me much “hands on” practical understanding of both the markets and financial tools available, as well as the emotional side that is a part of my clients’ life experiences. Making wise decisions during life changing events requires preparation and planning, understanding all of the options available, and recognizing the impact on the entire family. It is my goal to develop this kind of relationship with my clients so that I can help guide them with recommendations that genuinely make sense for their personal needs and objectives.
What makes me knowledgeable:
There are a lot of pieces that factor into one’s claim to be knowledgeable. My education includes a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College, MS in Financial Services from the American College, and acquiring various professional designations: ChFC®, RICP®.In addition, I have obtained various securities licenses, including Securities Principal, and insurance-related licenses. Continuing education in these fields helps to maintain current credibility and understanding of the changes that are constantly occurring in the financial industry.I also think the years of experience in guiding people through their defining moments financially might be the more important tool that I bring to my clients’ experiences in working with our firm.
Getting to know me:
The most important aspect of my life is my relationship with God through my faith in Jesus Christ. My faith, and the influence of the Bible, have provided an anchor and guidance that has provided meaning and purpose to my life. My wife of over 40 years, Marguerite, and my five daughters and ten grandchildren, provide me with a vibrant and fun-filled family experience. I enjoy reading early American history, good music, and spending time at our family lake home in New Hampshire.
